How far in advance should I book?
60 to 30 days will provide us with sufficient time to curate an itinerary that suits the best for you. However, depending on destination, time of travel & duration of your trip, we can do a quick turn around within a week.
We are an accredited IATA Member and do have an expert team for flight planning and booking. So, yes, we can book flights for you.
We see our ‘Big Short Breaks’ as ideal corporate and incentive territory. We are constantly putting together corporate trips from simple six people weekends to far more innovative trips for larger groups. Please see the Corporate section of the website for more details and ideas of the sort of trips we have organised to date.
We do work with a small portfolio of villas and unique homes in specific destinations. That said, we’re not villa specialists and have a wider variety of preferred hotels – many of which will offer their own rooms or hotel villas set up as stand-alone abodes. If you’re flexible with your accommodation style, we’d be happy to look into these, as well as any suitable private rental homes we trust, as part of a wider itinerary including experiences and privately guided excursions; this is where we are most able to add value.
Since everything we do is tailored to the individual, we do not offer group, scheduled departures for solo (or any) travellers to join. Accommodating for a range of individuals with different requirements within the confines of a single trip, would mean compromising on our ability to deliver a truly personalised experience – which is at the heart of everything we do.
No, you need to take your own insurance through your credit card or insurance agent
You will be billed as per the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of invoice. We do not do markups or surcharges on the currencies. However, if the rate of exchange is significantly different from the date of receipt by us from you, and the date of remittance by us to our vendors, you will be charged the difference.
You can pay by bank account transfer to our international bank account in Dubai, India & the USA. You can also pay by credit card – we will share a link to make the payment. Payments made through credit card will incur 3% additional bank charges.

To begin with, we want to show you how we think and what we can do first – without any obligation. We are confident that you will love your draft itinerary. As we get to the next stage, we will take an advance of USD 400 which will be adjusted against your final invoice. However, if the trip is cancelled, the advance amount is non-refundable and is for the said trip only.

We have a long standing relationship with the hotels and our rates will be lower or on par with the best possible rates available online. We will provide a breakup of hotels individually. We also have negotiated rates with our partners which again, are lower than published online rates. For your ground arrangements a composite cost will be shared and no breakup.

As our rates are lower or on part with online, we charge a professional fee of 7.5% to 15% based on the destination, no. of days, value of the trip. The percentage will be informed to you along with the costs.
